• Support: Excellent support for sagging breasts, making them ideal for everyday wear.
• Price Range: Typically between $30 and $80, depending on brand and materials.

• My Recommendations: IF you enjoy a little lace, try this underwire style from Prima Donna or this bra for a traditional look. I also love this T-shirt bra that combines the ease of a front-closure with no-seam wings for a look that's supportive and smooth!

• Features: In a post-pandemic world, althleisure and the lounge bra are here to stay. These bras focus on breathable, softer fabrics and natural silhouettes for maximum comfort.
• Support: These vary in support from the lower end to everyday lift. Most are designed to contour to your body and provide support in a wireless construction.
• Price Range: Ranges from $30-$60

• Features: This emerging catagory of bras is typically designed for those with disabilities but I love them for seniors as well! Since they are specifically designed for comfort and accessibility, the oftern feature easy-to-use closures and soft, breathable materials.
• Support: It provides ample support while allowing for easy wear, making it perfect for those who prioritize functionality without sacrificing style.
• Price Range: Priced competitively between $50 and $85, offering a blend of luxury and practicality.
• Recommendations: I am still exploring this quickly growing catagory, but so far, I will guide clients with arthritis or shoulder injuries to this bra with assistive loops and a front closure (in a lovely pink!) or this one (in a pretty lilac!)

Strapless Bras

 

• Features: Essential for sleeveless outfits, strapless bras provide the necessary support without visible straps.

• Recommendation: This option is known for its comfortable fit and padded support, ensuring you look good without compromising on security.
