    • When returning my order, do I have to pay a shipping fee?

      • No, we include a free return label with every purchase. Please note your initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

    • Can I exchange or return underwear I’ve purchased?

      • All Underwear (not bras or sleepwear) is final sale and not eligible for a refund. This is for sanitary reasons.

    • What's your return policy?

      • If you are not satisfied with your Liberare purchase, you may return your items for a full refund within 30 days. All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging for a full refund. To returns your items, please follow these simple steps:
      1. All packages will come with a free return label printed inside the package
      2. Affix the label to your package drop it off at the local post office
