Exchange and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Liberare purchase, you may return your unworn items with the tags intact 60 days after purchase for free for USA customers. All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging for a full refund. To return your items, please follow these simple steps:
**We do not accept returns or refund for underwear (only bras and sleepwear).
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- We offer free exchanges & size returns for US orders only.
- We will wait to refund you until we have received the products at our fulfillment center for quality control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: RETURNS ONLY
For international orders, please fill out the below form if you would like to return your order for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.
At this time we do not offer size exchanges for international customers.
We do not offer refunds on international shipping.
We are working with a European distributor (coming August 2023) who will be able to offer free returns and cheaper shipping. Stay in our email list to be up to date.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Please submit a request for a free return label (free return labels are eligible for US customers only). Our team will email you within 48 business hours with a return label.
2. Affix the label to your package, and drop it off at the local post office
3. Fill out the form below.
Please note your initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
